Western Power Training is an integral part of Western Power Distribution, the distribution network operator for the Midlands, South Wales and the South West.
Established over 40 years ago, it is based in Taunton, Somerset and operates one of the biggest and best-equipped facilities for the provision of skills and operational training for the electricity distribution industry.
Training is structured to enable the learner to gain practical field experience between formal training courses, and can be adapted to suit people who are new to the industry as well as updating and refreshing those with more experience.
It also delivers a highly regarded electricity distribution apprenticeship scheme to Western Power Distribution and other distribution network operators. |
